Tricklin

The fact that my wife loves to take pictures makes me very happy. It's because of this, and the fact that our beautiful baby girl was born that I bought her the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi as her "push present". I figured that this would be a great starter camera for her, with which she could learn to take great photos. It turns out, I was right. In the past 9 months since she's had the camera, she has taken some really fantastic photos.

After we took the first picture, we thought it would be great to have two more pictures following the same theme. One of my hands in a heart shape on mommy's belly and another of mommy and daddy's hands together. We will hang all three of these together in the nursery right above her crib:

My wife had a great idea to take a picture of her pregnant belly with her hands resting in the shape of a heart on top (as she had seen it done before, and really liked it). So, we got out our camera and I took this picture. After adding a few effects to it in iPhoto, this was the result.

I must say, I absolutely love it!
