YSlow,
which was created by the developers at Yahoo!, is a firefox plugin that
analyzes web pages and tells you why they're slow based on
the rules for high performance web sites. YSlow is a Firefox
add-on integrated with the popular Firebug web development
tool. Below is a google tech talk session explaining all

extremely simple to implement.
I can't believe I wrote only one post in October. What a
shame. There are quite a few good reasons for this,

My wife and I are expecting our first!!!
We're selling our home, so we spent a majority of
October painting, cleaning, minor fixing.
I'm busy at work (this one rarely changes).
I'm extremely busy on the side.
I'll try to post more often, but the way things are going
now, and continue to proceed, don't hold your breath. I
hate to cut this short, but now it's time to learn some
Object Oriented JavaScript.
